We have advised on over 50 M&A deals in the plastics industry, most of which have involved custom injection molding companies. We have also advised proprietary injection molders, blow molders, thermoformers, extruders, compounders, prototyping companies, an equipment maker and a medical contract manufacturer.
In the past, we have represented, advised or brokered small companies, but are currently focused on injection molders and other plastic processors with between $5 million and $50 million in annual sales.
We have historically worked in the Northeast, but have the capability to travel all over North America. We have done a considerable amount of work on the West Coast and we have current clients in Canada, Central Mexico and everywhere in between.
