Mr. Minnick graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in chemical engineering and began his plastics career with Dow Chemical in the resin business. In the mid 1980s, he purchased a well-known plastic injection molding company in New England and served as CEO and chairman for over a decade. Mr. Minnick sold his molding business to a private equity group in 1998 and started Molding Business Services soon thereafter.

Mr. Minnick joined Molding Business Services in January of 2008 and brough with him five years of sales experience in the insurance and communications markets.  He has excellent knowledge of the plastic molding industry, much of which was learned while working with his father. He balances his duties as a recruiter with classes as he works toward a business degree.

Mr. Munson graduated from Colgate University with a BA and a concentration in mathematics.  He worked as an equities trader in New York from 2001-2005 and started in the M&A advisory business with CBIZ M&A Group in Atlanta in 2005.  Here, he focused on larger deals in a wide range of industries.  Mr. Munson joined MBS in early 2008 and has since worked on dozens of M&A deals in the plastics industry.  He has now toured over 50 molding facilities.
