Molding Business Services was formed in 1998 by Terry J. Minnick, a 30-year veteran of the plastics business and a former owner, CEO and chairman of a large and well- known custom injection molder. Mr. Minnick created Molding Business Services because he felt that owners of small and medium-sized injection molders and other plastic processors needed somewhere to turn for help and advice. Selling a business, filling a critical personnel opening and rescuing a company in trouble are unique events that often require expertise from outside the company.
Since its inception, Molding Business Services has placed over 125 professionals throughout the plastics processing industry, advised on over 40 merger/acquisition transactions. We have also helped dozens of other companies with turnarounds, work-outs and business plans.
Since 2006, MBS has added professionals to assist with executive placements M&A advisory.
